24 июля 2014 года Мосгорсуд признал Сергея Удальцова виновным в организации массовых беспорядков на Болотной площади 6 мая 2012 года и приговорил его к 4,5 годам лишения свободы. 8 августа 2017 года он вышел на свободу из колонии.
