Савеловский районный суд Москвы вынес приговор блогеру Елене Блиновской, назначив ей наказание в виде пяти лет лишения свободы. Кроме того, суд обязал ее выплатить штраф в размере 1 млн рублей и запретил заниматься коммерческой деятельностью в течение четырех лет, сообщает «РИА Новости».
Окончательное обвинение Блиновской и ее супругу Алексею было предъявлено в марте 2024 года. Блогер была признана виновной в уклонении от уплаты налогов (ч. 2 ст. 198 УК РФ), легализации денежных средств (п. «б» ч. 4 ст. 174.1 УК РФ) и неправомерном обороте средств платежей (ч. 1 ст. 187 УК РФ). Ее мужа обвинили в пособничестве в уклонении от уплаты налогов (ч. 5 ст. 33, ч. 2 ст. 198 УК РФ) и легализации денежных средств (п. «б» ч. 4 ст. 174.1 УК РФ). По версии следствия, Блиновская, при содействии супруга, избежала уплаты налогов на сумму 906 млн рублей и отмыла 706 млн рублей.
