🎨В Москве стартовал седьмой городской конкурс детского рисунка «Наследие моего района».

Поучаствовать в нем могут юные художники в возрасте от 7 до 15 лет. Заявки принимаются до 6 апреля.

«Приглашаем ребят поделиться своим взглядом на столицу и показать красоту любимых парков, набережных, улиц, архитектурных объектов. Всего предусмотрено восемь номинаций. Одна из новых — “Москва музыкальная”, ее посвятили 185-летию со дня рождения Петра Ильича Чайковского, которое отмечается в этом году», — рассказала заммэра Наталья Сергунина.

Жюри будет оценивать рисунки участников в двух категориях: любители и профессионалы.

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching.
