По словам одной из местных жительниц, ранее вариант с площадкой в промзоне рассматривался всерьез. Однако как об этом объявили, многие дома стали голосовать против. Чтобы не распугать тех, кто попал в реновацию, власти поменяли эту площадку на другую - во дворе, по адресу Очаковская, 35А.
Сейчас уже разыгран тендер на застройку и разрабатывается проектная документация.
