Омлет с сыром и брокколи🥦 На каждое яйцо- по 1 ст л молока Кусочек сливочного масла Ваши добавки - у меня обычно брокколи/черри Специи
Самый главный секрет- смесь выливать необходимо строго на слегка разогретую сковороду, где масло лишь подтаяло! Мне нравится - с топленым ГХИ. Омлет не должен с ходу схватиться.
И на полусреднем -полуслабом огне доводить до затвердения массы. Только тогда выкладываем наши топинги- сыр/авокадо/ зелень/ и и тд. И накрываем одну половину омлета другой.
Это частое блюдо на завтрак у Глеба и у нас. Пока варится кашка - готовлю этот омлет.
