дождь за окном, я и …минтай😄
Как же рано теперь темнеет 😵‍💫

Слышала, что были вопросики по
котлеткам рыбным.
Что не клеится дело у кого-то.
В виде котлет.

С сырниками тоже проблемы
были. после этого видео
- похоже, исчезли😉

А раз дело возымело пользу
- повторяю его маршрут.

🎥Смонтировала,
как готовлю рыбные котлетки.
Рецепт был здесь, но без
последовательных фотошагов.

На 9 котлеток:
У меня тут 250 гр (обсушенного
хорошо) минтая вместо 300,
поэтому яйца добавила 80%,
а не целое)

Ещё 1/2 морковки здесь,
1 картофелина, 1/4 кабачка, 1/2
луковки красной. Соль, специи.
2 ст л муки. На масле Гхи и
водичке жарю - тушу 30 минут)
Они полумягкие по консистенции,
переворачивать аккуратно.
Но когда остынут-совсем
плотненькие будут.
