Обновленный Договор направлен на установление долгосрочных стратегических партнерских отношений в целях наиболее эффективного использования научного, производственного и инновационного потенциала двух Академий, достижения максимального синергетического эффекта от координации деятельности и интеграции интеллектуальных ресурсов.

"And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights.
