-яйцо С1 3 шт
-кукурузный крахмал 16 гр
-мак 5 гр
-мягкий творог 0% 170 гр
-инжир 110 гр (можно голубку, малину или клубнику)
-сахзам и соль по вкусу

Отделить желтки от белков. К желткам добавить крахмал, сахзам, мак и перемешать.

Взбить белки с щепоткой соли до пиков и соединить с ранее приготовленной смесью.

Распределить смесь на пергамент (у меня силиконизированный, к нему никогда ничего не прилипает 😁👌🏼) тонким слоем, выпекать при 180 градусов 10-12 минут

Достать, остудить и смазать творогом с сахзамом, сверху выложить ягоды/фрукты Свернуть и поставить в холодильник на час
