Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." For tech stocks, “the main thing is yields,” Essaye said. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
