Государственный Эрмитаж в одностороннем порядке расторг с компанией ООО «ГазПроектСтрой» контракт на реставрацию исторического здания Санкт-Петербургской Биржи на стрелке Васильевского острова. Договор был заключен в 2022 г.
В письме музея к подрядчику говорится, что работы по реставрации не ведутся, а просрочка исполнения обязательств по договору составляет более 2 лет. При этом Эрмитаж выплатил компании около 288 млн руб. аванса и исполнил все свои обязательства как заказчик работ.
Напомним, что здание Биржи было передано Эрмитажу в апреле 2014 г. для приспособления под музейные цели. В 2018 году подрядчиком проекта была выбрана компания «Меандр». В 2020 году контракт с ней был прекращен. В 2022 г. новым подрядчиком был выбран «ГазСтройПроект», а стоимость работ выросла с 287 млн до 374 млн руб.
