Комитет Госдумы по бюджету рекомендовал принять во втором чтении законопроект о расширении применения налога на дополнительный доход от добычи углеводородного сырья (НДД) на ряде месторождений в ХМАО-Югра, Ямало-Ненецком автономном округ, Республике Коми, Томской области, которые нерентабельны в действующей системе налогообложения.
Принятие законопроекта может принести бюджету РФ дополнительно порядка 192 млрд руб. в 2023-2027 годах. При этом НК будут обязаны дополнительно нарастить добычу нефти на более чем 33 млн тонн за 5 лет на месторождениях, включенных в перечень НДД.
