Владимир Путин ещё на год продлил возможность для предприятий ТЭК не учитывать голоса представителей компаний из недружественных государств при принятии корпоративных решений.
Действие указа продлевают уже второй год – изначально документ подписали в январе 2023 года, потом его пролонгировали на 2024.
Правда, для игнорирования недружественных голосов все равно нужно соблюдать три условия: выручка компании должна превышать 100 млрд рублей, против российских совладельцев введены санкции, а доля иностранцев – не менее 50% от компании.
