В состав также вошли топ-менеджеры "Полиметалла" - Сергей Черкашин, Юрий Овчинников, Галина Толстых и Ольга Дятлова.
Председателем стал Александр Говорунов, зам гендиректора по экономической безопасности и бывший вице-губернатор Санкт-Петербурга.
