В одном из подобных случаев известно, что пользовательский трафик перенаправляют с российского сервера Google на европейский.
Такие решения провайдеры принимают, поскольку официально о причинах замедления работы видеохостинга в России объявлено не было. Опрошенные изданием юристы говорят, что такие меры законны.
