Губернатор Кировской области Александр Соколов объявил о повышении зарплат работникам бюджетной сферы с 1 марта. На оперативном совещании он сообщил, что благодаря стабильным доходам региона возможно решение задач, установленных Президентом Владимиром Путиным в «майских указах». Повышение фондов оплаты труда составит 13,2% для педагогических работников детских садов, школ и учреждений культуры, 15,4% для педагогов дополнительного образования и 18,2% для врачей. Также будет увеличена зарплата младшего медицинского персонала. Средства на индексацию предусмотрены в областном бюджете.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation.
