В последние часы перед наступлением санкций чуть более 5% акций NIS переоформлены с «Газпром нефти» на «Газпром».
Таким образом, теперь нефтяная «дочка» газового концерна владеет 44,85% в NIS (ранее ей принадлежало 50%). В свою очередь «Газпром» нарастил владение в NIS с 6,15% до 11,3%. У властей Сербии находится 29,87% акций NIS, оставшиеся доли - у миноритариев.
«НиК» напоминает, что сейчас идут последние часы до наступления американских санкций против NIS, являющейся «дочкой» «Газпром нефти». Сербия обсуждает с США варианты смягчения санкций в отношении своей нефтегазовой компании. Ранее Вашингтон потребовал от Белграда за 45 дней обеспечить смену основного собственника NIS.
