Напомним, в начале недели оренбургские паблики облетело видео, сделанное депутатом Заксоба Максимом Щепиновым на улице 9 января. На стройплощадке в пяти минутах ходьбы от зданий администрации города и правительства области, кучу материалов накрыли баннером с фотографией командира зенитного ракетного дивизиона капитана Алексея Панкратова, который является участником спецоперации на Украине.
После огласки ситуации, баннер убрали. В компании пояснили, что приобрели полотно официально у одной из рекламных компаний и накрыли им материалы не со злым умыслом:
— Наши работники гордятся героями Отечества. Допустили оплошность, не подумали, что использовать полотно некорректно.

Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
