Штаты опубликовали перечень вооружений, контракты на поставку которых заключили с производителями, которые планируют или уже передали Украине. В списке значатся зенитно-ракетная система NASAMS на $182 млн, 155-мм боеприпасы на $364 млн, система лазерного наведения для неуправляемых ракет APKWS на $23 млн, боеприпасы Phoenix Ghost на $116 млн, Switchblade 300 на $18 млн и Switchblade 600 на $2.2 млн.
Также в списке беспилотники PUMA UAS на $20 млн, тактические машины на $22 млн, оборудование для связи на $315 млн, оптика на $22 млн, нестандартные боеприпасы на $10 млн, радары на $16 млн и «другое» на $117 млн.
Поставить собираются и Javelin, Stinger, HIMARS. Уточняется, что более поздние пакеты помощи включают в себя технику, которая из-за большего времени производства будет поставляться в течение нескольких лет.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields.
