Установлено, что сухогруз длиной 189 метров зашел в Новороссийск 22 ноября. Спустя несколько дней в Росприроднадзор поступило сообщение о загрязнении нефтепродуктами. На место ЧП выехали специалисты Росприроднадзора и экоаналитической лаборатории.
Источник разлива — ошвартованное у причала иностранное судно «BRO QUAN» (под флагом Республики Либерия).

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov.
