🗣Уряд підтримав запровадження щорічного Національного рейтингу «Роботодавець для ветеранів».
На засіданні Уряду погоджено проєкт указу президента про створення рейтингу, який визнаватиме та заохочуватиме компанії, що:
🔸активно працевлаштовують ветеранів війни; 🔸підтримують членів їхніх сімей та родини загиблих Захисників і Захисниць України; 🔸реалізують соціальні програми й беруть участь у благодійних ініціативах.
Критеріями оцінювання стануть: кількість працевлаштованих ветеранів, участь у соціальних проєктах і внесок у ветеранську політику.
Найкращі роботодавці отримають відзнаки, а результати рейтингу оприлюднюватимуться публічно.
Цей крок сприятиме інтеграції ветеранів у мирне життя та формуванню соціально відповідального бізнес-середовища.
