15 февраля 2025 г. по сигналу сигнализации, сработавшей в клубе «Мечты» (Уфа, ул. Мустая Карима, 6 к1), задержаны Беляев А., Фахретдинов Т., Ассаев Ш., Сафолов Ш. После доставления в отдел полиции оказали неповиновение законным требованиям, в отношении указанных лиц составлены административные протоколы по ст. 19.3 КоАП РФ. Следственными органами возбуждены уголовные дела по ч.2 ст.213 УК РФ (Хулиганство) в отношении Сафолова Ш. и Ассаева Ш., также по ч. 1 ст. 318 УК РФ (Применение насилия в отношения представителя власти) в отношении Ассаева Ш. @opersvodki02
