В село Лайтамак Тобольского района (Заболотье) стало возможно добраться на машине. Ездить из Овсянникова начали 26 января.

Журналисты @news_72ru вместе с местными жителями проехали по этой дороге — она еще не до конца очищена и местами бугристая. Путь, который в прошлую зиму занимал 40 минут, сейчас длится порядка двух часов.

⏺Осложняет ситуацию то, что техника, которая расчищает дорогу, периодически застревает. К примеру, по пути нам встретился трактор, колеса которого провалились под лед.

Если в Лайтамак попасть на машине возможно, то в другие села и деревни Заболотья еще дороги нет. Расчищенный путь ждут жители Ишменева, Измети, Носкинской, Ачир и других труднодоступных территорий.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
