Коллеги социологов говорят, что Шугалей последний раз выходил на связь с ними именно 19 сентября. Тогда же он сообщил, что его не пропустили через границу.
Шугалей и Суэйфан бывали в Чаде и раньше, проблем тогда не возникало.
