Кто-то скажет, что время такое, объективные трудности и т.д. и т.п. Но рейтинг общероссийский и все регионы живут в сегодняшних условиях. А в Рязанской области, к сожалению, качество жизни падает по сравнению с остальными.

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
