Ингредиенты:
🟤телятина – 800 г 🟤вода – 4 ст. 🟤яблоко – 500 г 🟤тыква – 350 г 🟤лук – 5 шт. 🟤лимон – 1 шт. 🟤чеснок – 2 зубчика 🟤соль и специи – по вкусу
Нарежьте мясо кубиками и положите в кастрюлю. Добавьте нарезанный кольцами лук, чеснок и специи по вкусу. Влейте воду, перемешайте, доведите до кипения, накройте крышкой и варите на медленном огне 40 минут, пока мясо не станет мягким. Очистите тыкву и яблоко, нарежьте их кубиками и добавьте в кастрюлю к мясу. Влейте лимонный сок, накройте крышкой и тушите ещё 20 минут, до полной готовности мяса и овощей.
