Совет Госдумы направил в рассылку в регионы законопроект об увеличении штрафов за продажу детям сигарет и вейпов.
Документ был внесен в Госдуму 28 ноября. Предлагается повысить ответственность за продажу детям сигарет, кальянов и вейпов до двух миллионов рублей.
Также увеличится наказание за нарушение ограничений в сфере торговли табачной продукцией и за производство и оборот продукции без маркировки. За продажу насвая или пищевого табака вводятся штрафы до 1,5 миллионов рублей.
