«За каждую территорию, за уборку снега на ней, несёт ответственность соответствующая организация. Если это дворы домов, то уборкой снега должны заниматься ТСЖ либо управляющие компании. Если мы говорим про парки и скверы, то — администрация города Екатеринбурга.
Какие задачи поставят своим дворникам управляющие компании, не знаем, но что касается общественных территорий, парков, скверов и улиц, то да, будем убирать».

The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine.
