В итоге наши лирические герои Покупатель 3, Иванов и Петров между собой договориться не смогли и в апелляции стали спорить друг с другом.
Ничего хорошего из этого не вышло, суд хоть и пытался выяснить откуда деньги у Иванова и Петрова по отдельности, но наступившую междоусобицу уже не выдержал и признал сделки недействительными.
Сегодня наступил третий акт этой трагикомедии, мы получили кассационную жалобу, в которой Покупатель 3 все же решил подружить Иванова с Петровым.
В новой версии … деньги давали оба, а кто конкретно Покупатель 3 выяснять не стал, ну дали и дали 53 миллиона наличкой, с кем не бывало.
Ждем теперь назначения заседания, хочется увидеть наших героев в действии. #невошедшее

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
