ЦУР - структура, обеспечивающая коммуникацию жителей с органами власти для оперативного решения проблем в регионе. Кроме того ЦУР занимается сбором, обработкой и аналитикой сообщений и предложений, поступающих от жителей области, а также оптимизация процессов их решения с помощью внедрения цифровых платформ.
