Жильцы квартир, пострадавших при взрыве в Ногинске, получат по 30 тысяч рублей на каждого члена семьи. Одиноким выплатят по 50 тысяч.
На полное обследование дома на предмет дальнейшей эксплуатации спасателям потребуется порядка трёх дней.
