«Санкционное давление, с одной стороны мешает, а с другой – даёт дополнительный стимул для развития морской логистической артерии. Мы стараемся активно эти новые возможности использовать», — сказал Андрей Чибис на открытии сессии.
Ключевыми точками роста губернатор назвал развитие морского порта Мурманск, возрождение гражданского судоремонта, реализацию проекта «Арктик СПГ 2» и создание береговых баз для обеспечения судоходства по СМП.
