✔️ Утверждены требования к размещению, хранению и использованию укладки для оказания первой помощи с применением медицинских изделий для оснащения пожарных автомобилей (Приказ МЧС России от 19.11.2024 N 1000, вступает в силу с 01.03.2025 г.).
Документ устанавливает, что укладка размещается в пожарном автомобиле, эксплуатируемом организацией независимо от ее ведомственной принадлежности, организационно-правовой формы. А также, что размещение и хранение укладки в пожарном автомобиле осуществляются в соответствии с решением руководителя организации, принимаемым 1 раз в 6 лет.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
