Для тренировок должна быть регулярная группа 6-8 человек, только тогда есть смысл заниматься и совершенствовать навыки иначе это суходрочка. Не имея плана, цели, последовательно изученного материала все это ананизм! Немного видео Вам чисто поглазеть, от таких рывков в снаряге "поплывете" однозначно🤣
