🍴Тесто: 1️⃣Дрожжи (1,5 ч.л.) залить водой (1/2 стакана), добавить соль и смешать. 2️⃣Просеиваем 1,5 стакана муки и добавляем оливковое масло. 3️⃣Делаем шарик теста и оставляем его постоять в тепле
🍴Далее: 1️⃣Раскатываем тесто на противень 2️⃣Смазываем соусом песто 3️⃣Кладём ветчину, помидорки и моцареллу Начинку можете использовать любую на свой вкус!
В духовку на 25 минут на 180 градусов. Перед подачей я добавляю сверху шпинат или рукколу.
