Это – обеспечительная мера, установленная Арбитражным судом на время разбирательства.
⚖️ Мэрия подала иск о признании договора аренды земельного участка недействительным и применении последствий недействительности договора.
Застройщик ранее уверял, что все документы у него в порядке.
Кстати, по данным ресурса Наш.Дом.РФ, по состоянию на конец января, по объекту недвижимости было продано 5 квартир из 346, а также 1 машиноместо из 179.
