Если бы мы были релизоприемочной газетой, то был бы заголовок в формате "В ноябре цены на недвижимость в России упали". Но нет, на Святой Руси ценник просел на 1,4%. Что это значит? Ну пока ровным счетом ничего. Но звоночек тревожный в том плане, что рынок ебнится капитально, если отменят льготную ипотеку в январе. Плюс январь - салатный месяц. А девелоперам с салатами и без ипотеки будет мягко говоря грустно.
Ещё забавно, что Русь продолжает падение, а вот Москва в ноябре росла.
