Чеклист города на тему хорошего проекта нынче такой:

1. Вьебать доминанту этажей 50+☑️
2. Сделать дома супер разными по фасаду, чтобы все было непохоже друг на друга☑️
3. Создать фронт улицы всякими 1 этажными пристройками и перголами☑️
