В этом КРТ уже можно накатить аж 700 тыс. кв. м. жилье. Вот это серьезный заход, чтобы уронить цену на вторичке в переоценённом Строгино. Так, на пике цены в прошлую весну в ебучих Строгинских панельках средний прайс был на уровне 350 тыс. руб./кв. м., сейчас строгинцы губу свою закатали до 310 тыс. руб./кв. м. Но, все равно что за фанаты места там живут?

Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
