Короче поздравляем ПИКов со стартом нового проекта. А то нихуя им не согласовывали последнее время. Обновленный ПИК уже был спален картинками GENPRO для Бусиновского парка, а так новые проекты будут выглядеть как-то так. Появятся балконы, увеличенное остекление…

ПИК перевел Бусиновский парк в категорию ПИК+. И вывел два красивых корпуса. Коробки даже тут закончились, хотя казалось бы, это очень слабый проект по цене, который находится в полной жопе и клиентами сравнивается с подмосковными проектами.

Тут фасады даже выглядят дороже, чем на Плеханова. Хотя, казалось бы промзона Прожектор поинтереснее будет, чем промзона Коровино.

Цены со старта в сентябре 2020 сделали два оборота и уже сейчас 320+ тыс. руб./кв. м.

Отдельно отметим зубчатые балконы. Ох, разгулялись архитекторы. Ну и главный вывод - если даже "Бусиновский парк" в "+" перешел, то все проекты ПИКа в Москве ждет такая же участь.
