Ранее также появлялся проект на ЗУ "Серебряническая, 11". Приписывался он бюро KAMEN и занимается им КП УГС. Проект комментировать даже странно - какой-то раздутое яйцо с окнами Мельникова. Может новое прочтение, может оммаж, - неизвестно, но авторитетные источники из KAMEN сказали, что концепция "не совсем наша", а значит - это какая-то очень интересная архитектурная коллаборация.

Было бы забавно посмотреть за реализацией именно такого решения, потому что Серебряническая набережная превратилась бы в полный "архитектурный деликатес". Сначала сдержанные домики от IND, дальше Скуратовщина - "Арт Хаус", дальше этот пузырь и дальше Титул с "золотыми элементами регионального шика". И это мы про БЦ Silver City ещё не вспомнили, который прям один из эталонов архитектуры офисной Москвы 00-ых.

Также фактором того, что концепция отправляется в стол, является увеличение на площадке максимальных ТЭПов с 7,5 до 9 тыс. кв. м.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
