Последний раз такое метание в нейминге у ПИК было при выходе «Измайловского леса», который стартовал изначально как «Озерный», но озёр на территории бывшей Реутовской нефтебазы не нашли, поэтому пришлось стать лесом.
Кстати, Holland также как и Green - название парков в Лондоне. #выходблизко
