Пока актуальных картинок нет, так как ЦИ очень сильно переживают за свою дырявую безопасность. Но мы бы на их месте озадачились лучше лютейшим демпингом цен в проекте Титул на Серебрянической. Как можно проект на набережной с видом на высотку продавать чуть ли не за 0,8 мульта за метра - хороший вопрос. Но локация ЦИ нравится, в проекты верят, поэтому получите редевелопмент на Серебрянической 11/12 и вот Костомаровский, 15. Ждем актуальных рендеров, так сказать.
