✏️В чашу блендера кладем пекинскую капусту и тофу. Перемалываем. ✏️Перекладываем массу в сито и даем стечь лишней жидкости. На это уйдут минут 15. ✏️Берем 2 листа нори. Накладываем друг на друга. Получившейся массой намазываем листы, оставляя пару сантиметров с одного края. С другого края выкладываем тонкие брусочки огурца и авокадо. Плотно скручиваем. Край смазываем водой и приклеиваем. ✏️Нарезаем очень острым ножом. Подаем с соевым соусом. Ангела за трапезой!😇
