Понадобится только сама рыба и целая пачка соли!
✅Скумбрия- 2 средние шт. ✅Соль (НЕ мелкая)- 1 кг
✏️У рыбы отделяем голову и хвост, вычищаем внутренности. Особенно тщательно удаляем чёрную пленочку внутри. ✏️В подходящую форму высыпаем целую пачку НЕ мелкой соли. Слой соли должен быть 1,5-2 см. Рыбу не нужно натирать солью. Просто выкладываем ее сверху и запекаем около 40 минут при 180°. Подаем с овощами и зеленью. Ангела за трапезой!😇
Очень нежная и вкусная рыбка получается. Она берет ровно столько соли, сколько ей нужно.
