✏️Рыбу очищаем от чешуи. Убираем чёрные плёнки и плавники. Режем на порционные куски.
✏️Обваливаем в муке с солью. Обжариваем на растительном масле с двух сторон до золотистой корочки. Рыбу убираем из сковородки. Там же обжариваем лук полукольцами. Возвращаем рыбу.
✏️Делаем заливку из 150 мл кипятка, 2 ст. л. томатной пасты и 1 ст. л. горчицы. Немного подсаливаем и добавляем немного сахара.
✏️Выливаем смесь к рыбе с луком. Накрываем крышкой и тушим 15 минут. Ангела за трапезой!😇
