✅Перловка- 300 гр (в вареном виде) ✅Лук- 1 шт. (150 гр) ✅Кабачок-1 шт. (200 гр) ✅Мука- 4 ст. л. ✅Соль, перец - по вкусу ✅Растительное масло - для жарки
✏️Измельчаем в пюре отваренную перловку и лук. ✏️Кабачок чистим и Натираем на крупной тёрке. Если сока много, то отжимаем лишний. ✏️Смешиваем кабачок, перловую массу, добавляем муку (полные ложки). Солим и перчим по вкусу. Тщательно перемешиваем. ✏️Влажными руками формируем НЕбольшие котлетки и обжариваем с двух сторон на растительном масле БЕЗ крышки. Подавать тёплыми. Ангела за трапезой 😇
Советую сначала пожарить 2-3 котлетки. Если плохо держат форму при жарке, то добавьте ещё муки. Муку используйте любую по вкусу.
