🗓До боли знакомые цифры и даты, ставшие Днями воинской славы в истории России, как набат напоминают о самой кровопролитной в истории человечества Великой Отечественной войне. В этой жестокой войне погиб каждый восьмой житель страны, миллионы людей расстреляны, задушены в газовых камерах фашистских концлагерей. Сотни тысяч семей не дождались своих родных и близких людей, миллионы погибших навечно остались лежать в Братских могилах, стали неизвестными солдатами.
🙌3 декабря – памятная дата, которая уже не первый год торжественно отмечается в нашей стране как День неизвестного солдата. Этот скорбный день призван увековечить память, воинскую доблесть и бессмертный подвиг советских и российских воинов, которые погибли в боевых действиях и чьи имена остались неизвестными.
🗓В этот день для военнослужащих Росгвардии Чаунского района был проведён исторический час «Неизвестный солдат – чей-то сын, чей-то брат…», который провела заместитель директора по методической работе Ирина Бориева.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
