Казатомпром на протяжении семи лет сохранял производство урана на 20% ниже от запланированных объемов в рамках контрактов на недропользование. В 2025 Казахстан планирует произвести 25.000 - 26.500 тонн урана.
Средняя цена реализации урана по группе компаний в 2024 выросла на 26%, цена на спотовом рынке - на 36%.
Основными акционерами являются АО «Фонд национального благосостояния «Самрук-Kазына» (75%), Минфин (12,01%) и CITIBANK, N.A.-NY (F/B/O DR HOLDERS) (номинальный держатель) (24,35%).
