Правительство Тувы взяло расследование преступления под свой контроль.
Позднее ситуацию прокомментировала советница мэра Кызыла и пресс-секретарь администрации города Азиана Тембрель. Она написала, что в подобных инцидентах «виноваты в большинстве своём родители», а также что чаще всего жертвами таких преступлений становятся девушки «из неблагополучных семей, где пьют».
«Охать-ахать странно, это всегда было и есть. Поэтому дочек надо учить, воспитывать. За девочками ответственность втрое выше», - написала Тембрель.
