Перечень потенциальных резидентов определят до конца нынешнего года. Когда именно краснодарский парк начнет работу, в ассоциации не уточнили.
Здание парка возводится на Тихорецкой. Площадь 5-этажного здания – примерно 17,5 тысячи кв. метров. В нем смогут работать до одной тысячи человек.
